About the YTA Internship Program
Nuestro programa ofrece a un selecto grupo de graduados y estudiantes la oportunidad de trabajar en YTA mediante una experiencia única y excepcional en su tipo, nuestros Interns tienen la oportunidad de exponerse a una amplia variedad de practicas en el campo del entretenimiento e incluso reciben conocimientos fundamentales de una agencia artística formal.
Los miembros del programa participan en nuestras actividades diarias como parte de nuestro equipo, tienen la oportunidad de construir relaciones con los líderes de las divisiones de YTA, asisten a workshops que los ayudan a desarrollar sus habilidades y conocimiento para tener éxito en su carrera así como tienen la oportunidad de construir un lugar permanente en el equipo de YTA de acuerdo a su desempeño al termino del programa.

Requirements
- Must be a matriculated student with at least 60% of your scholar program
- Entertainment Industry knowledge (Background in marketing, communication, music, spots entertainment industry, entertainment marketing or other leaders discipline)
- Passion for entertainment, sports, marketing and music industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills (English is required)
Graduates with more than six months are not eligible for our internships.
Details
YTA holds 2 internship terms (6 months each)per year for 1-2 students per term. We will be taking applications for our Spring Internship Program beginning in early December and applications for our Summer Internship Program beginning in early May. The deadline for applications will be detailed in the open oportunities applications, candidates must consider:
- The position is currently open for Mexican Citizens and matriculated students
- In the case of foreign candidates must have a valid student visa
- Interns are responsible for their individual transportation and housing needs
- All candidates must be available from one of our programs and must provide a consistent, reliable work schedule
- All candidates must be willing to work a minimum of 15-20 hours/week with a possibility of more hours if available
